48 Hour Cancellation Policy for Classes
We limit the size of our classes because we have a limited number of seats, and because we want to create the best experience for our students. If you have signed up for one of our classes, and you cannot attend for any reason, you will be granted a full refund as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the class. That will give us a chance to contact other interested customers who may be able to attend in your place. In the event that you need to cancel a class reservation on notice of less than 48 hours (but not less than 4 hours), we cannot refund your money, but we can try to find an alternate date for you to attend the same class without penalty. We offer this rescheduling as a courtesy to customer with last minute conflicts and you may only reschedule under this condition once. If you cancel less than 4 hours before the start of the class, or if you fail to attend without notice, then your payment will be forfeit.
Class Minimums and Maximums
There is a minimum of 5 registered attendees to run a class unless noted otherwise. Under some circumstances the instructor may agree to teach to fewer people. You will be notified by the Thursday prior to the class if it has been canceled. Other class dates will be available to book but not guaranteed to take place within a 3 month period. Full refunds or store credit will be issued if the class is canceled by the instructor or store manager.
Different classes also have a maximum number of students. Any registrations placed online that may exceed the class maximum will require approval from the instructor. If the class is over booked, you will be notified within 2 days of registering and issued a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
