Happy Holidays!

We will be closed for the rest of this evening (Tuesday) and tomorrow for the Christmas holiday. We will also be closing at 4pm on New Year’s Eve and closed all day on New Year’s Day. We will be back open for normal business hours on Thursday, January 2, but then closed once again all day on Monday, January 6 so we can count everything in our store! Please plan in advance if you anticipate needing any supplies that day; we won’t be able to make any exceptions for desperation fermentations. We hope everyone has a fantastic holiday!
