Our Bock is strong, dark, and malty with little hop flavor or bitterness. The California Lager yeast enables warmer temperatures (up to 65degF) while retaining much of the lager character of a good German Bock.
Our kits provide a tried-and-true recipe, ingredients, and brief directions for making 5 gallons of great beer. No mashing is required with our specialty grain extract kits.
