We created this light summer pale ale to showcase the amazing Citra hops. We started hearing rave reviews about Citra from our customers thanks to its incredibly fruity (especially grapefruit) flavor profile. It’s true that the Victory malt contributes toasty flavors, and the versatile Thames Valley yeast (a Keystone favorite!) adds some complexity, but this beer is all about the hops!
