We are expecting South American juice to start arriving sometime around the last few days of April and into May.  Because of the limited availability and time-sensitive nature of Spring wine season, we do require a deposit on all orders no matter the quantity.  After placing your order, please call the store you intend to pick-up at to put down your deposit.

We’ll begin taking grape orders by the end of March.  Growers are predicting a late harvest and grapes may not arrive well into May and June.

And as always, we highly recommend using yeast and sulfites!
