KEG ONLY COMPETITION AT THE LANSDALE BEER FEST

Brewers: if you keg your beer, get ready for the return of the Brewers Brawl, Keystone Homebrew’s epic keg only competition. This one has a new twist, because the contest will actually take place at the 2011 Lansdale Beer Fest! It will be a truly democratic competition where the devoted beer festival attendees get their say. Each festival attendee will receive 10 voting tickets for the KO competition. During the fest they can try out as many of the competing beers as they like and express their preference by depositing their 10 tickets into the ballot boxes for their favorite beers, divided up however they choose. They can place one ticket into each of 10 different boxes, or they can vote 10 times for their runaway favorite. In the end, the beer with the most votes will be declared “Lansdale’s Favorite Homebrew 2011”. The fest will run from 1:30 to 4:30 PM, but please note that the Brewers Brawl judging will end at 3:30 PM. You can find complete rules and entry forms on our website:

Would you like to have your homebrew judged by Sierra Nevada? Drop off your entries at Keystone Homebrew (either location) by May 27, and compete in this non-BJCP sanctioned homebrew contest for fun, bragging rights and a truly fantastic Grand Prize that includes all of the following:
$200 gift certificate redeemable at any Radisson Hotels & Resorts
$50 Gift Card provided by Keystone Homebrew or some other homebrew shop
1 case of Sierra Nevada beer
Your name engraved on the Sierra Nevada Philly Beer Week Homebrew Cup proudly displayed in Tavern 17 Restaurant in the Philadelphia Radisson Warwick Hotel
