MONTGOMERYVILLE BARREL BREW: RECIPES ONLINE
Saturday, October 29
This Saturday we will be hosting a big brew and a picnic on the lawn behind our store, with free hot dogs, burgers, and lots of great homebrew (don’t forget to bring some!). Everyone is welcome to come! Please sign up in advance and let us know if you would like to brew either a Strong Scotch Ale, which will be fermented in Bourbon Barrels, or a Triple IPA, which will be fermented in Apple Brandy Barrels. You can brew as much or as little as you want, and pick up your beer after a month in the barrel. You can find the recipes on our website:

Saturday, November 5
Join the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers on Saturday, November 5 for a Big Brew at Chris Becker’s Family Farm (call the Bethlehem store for directions). Brew any beer you’d like (bring your own equipment), share homebrews, eat free food, spend some quality time with other homebrewing enthusiasts and camp out by the bonfire so you don’t have to drive home. MONTGOMERYVILLE LAGERING CLASS

Brewing a great lager requires special considerations, equipment, and techniques. This class will demystify the lagering process for you, thanks to expert instruction by Dave Grosch. Dave has won numerous first place awards (including Best of Show) for his lagers in regional homebrew contests, and is the reigning Eastern Pennsylvania Homebrewer of the Year. $60 per peron, includes lunch.
