Experience it for yourself at one of our October wine tastings, each of which will feature a variety of artisan chocolates crafted specifically to be paired with different varietal wines. (The chocolates will be available for purchase, too!) Find out which chocolate pairs best with your wine. Seasoned vintners and novices alike are encouraged to attend. PEAR CIDER HAS ARRIVED
Our first shipment of fresh cider for the 2011 season has arrived – the pear blend from the Scott Berry Farm. It is delicious! (Try some, ask for a sample!) We will provide you with all the supplies and instruction you need to produce your own hard pear cider, or “perry”, at home. This is a fresh product, so it will be available for a very limited time only. We have extras available in Montgomeryville now – which can be transfered to Bethlehem upon request. $7 per gallon. You can reserve some pear cider, or any of our upcoming varieties, using our online order form (below). Note: we are still taking orders for Poverty Lane’s October pressing, even though the deadline just passed.
ITALIAN GRAPE JUICE
Today (Tuesday, October 4) is the deadline for to pre-order authentic Italian grape juice. The juice is on track to arrive here next Friday (October 14).
