OMG! I Need Beer In a Hurry!

Hey, we’ve all been there. You promised to bring some of your awesome homebrew, but then life (or beer) got in the way. No worries! Here’s a tried and true recipe than can go from brew-day to drink-day in 7 days. We’ll be brewing in the English Mild style, similar to Yards Brawler. So think of a flavorful beer, belly filling, but without the stumbling of party guests like your other brews.

We’re going to double the yeast a beer like this would normally need so that fermentation only takes 3 days (or less), then we’ll keg it and carbonate it. Yes, this beer will need to be kegged (But only if you are working on a tight schedule. Otherwise this tasty beverage can be bottled as usual). If you only bottle your bountiful homebrew, you can check out the broad strokes of a kegging kit here.
