Class begins at 10 AM, Saturday March 1, 2023
Have you been thinking of making the jump to all-grain brewing, or wanting to improve your all-grain techniques? We will go over the different types of base grains, mashing, sparging, chilling, recipe formulation, yeast starters, and some light water chemistry.
Expect the class to run until around 3 P.M. with a live brewing demonstration by the instructor. Lunch will be provided.
