One of the styles du jour over the past couple of years, White IPA has quickly gained a cult following and seen interpretations from small craft breweries to the big boys of brewing, like Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada. Expect the classic flavors of a Belgian White Ale, such as coriander and orange peel. Then, prepare to pucker up with a big hop explosion reminiscent of your favorite West Coast IPA’s. Our White IPA utilizes a new(er) hop called El Dorado, which will lend hop-fruitiness and a power punch of general hop-goodness.
