A cousin of Saison, yet a farmhouse style all its own. Born in the countrysides of southern Belgium and northern France, this old world ale is teeming with notes of earthiness, honey and spice. The body of this ale is light and dry, with a slight tart finish. While meant to be savored after a day of hard work in the fields, it also drinks well when your thirst just needs quenching.
