Selected from a cross between Brewer’s Gold and a selected USDA male. So far Centennial displays a tidy growth habit and a medium-sized, dense, compact cone. The aroma is described as medium, with floral and citrus tones. Relatively high alpha acids, but mellow flavor, makes it a great bittering as well as flavor and aroma hop.
