An excellent general-purpose hop. The United States’ oldest commercial variety, Cluster is the traditional U.S. alpha hop and something of a national standard for “American” aroma. Cluster is gradually being replaced as new high alpha acid varieties are introduced.

Typical Beer Styles: Ales (Aroma), Lagers (Bittering) and Stout; often used in reproductions of historical US beer styles
