After years of drinking one of our favorite IPAs (the one recognizable by the fish depicted on the can), we decided to make our own. Lots of hopping paired with an addition of crystallized grapefruit before bottling leads to a easy drinking beer that is grapefruit forward in taste and aroma.
Our kits provide a tried-and-true recipe, ingredients, and brief directions for making 5 gallons of great beer. No mashing is required with our specialty grain extract kits.
