Hallertau Mittelfruh Hop Pellets, (3-5.5% AA), 1 oz

Hallertau Mittelfruh is the traditional hop of the German Hallertau area, selected over generations as the aroma hop of the “middle/early” harvest period. Its aroma is considered very fine, with a well rounded bitterness balanced by a good general hop character. Suitable for all mild flavored beers, particularly German-style Pils and Helles beers. Rarely used as an essential oil addition; occasionally used for dry hopping and as an essential oil.
