Joe Maglaty has been making, testing and drinking great wines for over 22 years. As a chemist and former wine analyst at Stone and Key Cellars, hes enjoyed educating many novice and kit-based winemakers on both the fundamental and advanced winemaking techniques necessary for making excellent wine from both grapes and juice. Joe shares his professional knowledge with customers through his winemaking classes.
