1/4 oz per 6 gal. to block malo-lactic fermentation.
To use: dissolve, stirring, in hot water until clear. 1 oz per 5 gallons yields approximately 200 -250 ppm. This enzyme breaks down the cell walls of certain bacteria. Its primary use is to prevent malo-lactic fermentation.
