Bitterless black malt that can be used in any recipe calling for debittered black malt. Midnight Wheat Malt is the smoothest source of black color of any malt available. Works well with Black IPAs, Schwarzbiers, and darker ales and lagers.

Usage –
1-2 % – minor color adjustments with little flavor
2-5% – Adds color with a smooth flavor
5-7% – Adds a black color hint and gives off a smooth roasted flavor
These grains are pre-package and uncrushed.
