All liquid yeast being shipped includes a complementary ice pack per shipping order when temperatures are above 50F. Although we cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during shipping, we highly recommend the addition of an insulated mailer. Store pickup orders do not include an ice pack, but may be purchased with yeast or kits.

We created this light summer pale ale to showcase the amazing Simcoe hop. Though sometimes described as Super Cascade, it really has it’s own unique flavor profile . It’s true that the Victory malt contributes toasty flavors, and the versatile Thames Valley yeast (a Keystone favorite!) adds some complexity, but this beer is all about the hops!
