The one-piece universal bulkhead is custom-machined by local machinists from a single piece of 316 stainless and can be used to port a kettle, cooler, conical, or just about any vessel requiring an added threaded hole.
The side with the flange is meant to be the inside of your fitting but it can be used either way. The flange side female fitting is 1/2″ FNPT and the outside fitting is 1/2″ MNPT. This bulkhead will support wall thickness up to 3/4″ before the nut will not be able to turn enough to secure the fitting. You will need a 1″ hole for this fitting.
