Ice Options *

All liquid yeast being shipped includes a complementary ice pack per shipping order when temperatures are above 50F. Although we cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during shipping, we highly recommend the addition of an insulated mailer. Store pickup orders do not include an ice pack, but may be purchased with yeast or kits.

Nice malty nose, subtle fruit. Rich malt profile on palate. Finishes malty but dry, well balanced, crisp. Hop character comes through in finish. Flocculation: medium-high; Apparent attenuation: 71-75% (48-56° F, 9-13° C)

Activator packages are designed for direct inoculation of 5 gallons of standard wort. Activator packages contain at least 100 billion live yeast cells in a liquid slurry. This yeast slurry is packaged in an optimum condition for storage, while maintaining the ability for rapid and complete fermentation.
