Ice Options *

All liquid yeast being shipped includes a complementary ice pack per shipping order when temperatures are above 50F. Although we cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during shipping, we highly recommend the addition of an insulated mailer. Store pickup orders do not include an ice pack, but may be purchased with yeast or kits.

Lactic acid bacteria isolated from a Belgian Brewery. This culture produces moderate levels of acidity and is commonly found in many types of beers including gueuze, lambics sour brown ales and Berliner Weisse. Always used in conjunction with S.cerevisiae and often with various wild yeast. Use in wort or beer below 10 IBU is recommended due to the cultures sensitivity to hop compounds.
