Farmer’s Cabinet & Keystone Homebrew Present De Struise Brewer Urbain Coutteau

Keystone, in partnership with the Farmer’s Cabinet, is bringing a unique opportunity to regional homebrewers and beer enthusiasts: an intimate interactive seminar with the legendary Belgian Brewer Urbain Coutteau from De Struise. A former homebrewer, Urbain has been producing highly coveted cult beers ever since he helped to found De Stuise in 2003 – beers such as Black Albert, Pannepot, Aardmonnik and Cuvee Delphine. On Wednesday, March 28 he will sit down with an exclusive group of lucky people at Keystone Homebrew’s Montgomeryville location to discuss brewing and the production of world class beers. Urbain is a noted proponent of collaboration beers, and will soon be creating an exciting new one with the Cabinet Artisanal Brewhouse, which will be custom brewed for the Farmers Cabinet in Philadelphia. As part of the seminar, we plan to produce our own collaborative brew with Urbain’s guidance, which will be made available as a 5 gallon beer kit for Keystone’s customers. During the seminar we will be sampling of some of the world class De Struise beers, along with what is sure to be an interesting snack pairing from the Farmers Cabinet. This is sure to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for any homebrewer or Belgian beer enthusiast. $75 per person, payable in advance – seating is very limited. This Event is Sold Out.
